We are Premier Community Management LLC, a community association management company specializing in condominium, townhome, and single-family homeowner association management.

We started this company in 2005 in response to the great need for premium association management services. Our approach to providing management services for homeowner associations emphasizes:

The industry average number of properties assigned to a portfolio manager in Illinois is typically 8-12 properties each. As such, many large management companies are unable to accommodate special projects for their associations.

Our portfolio manager-to-client ratio is much lower than the industry average. Therefore, we are able to provide a higher quality of service, as well as are able to accept and work on special projects for our associations.

Affiliations

Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations. For more than 30 years, CAI has been the leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals who support them.

Their members include community association volunteer leaders, professional managers, community management firms, and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations.

National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM) grants the Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA®) credential to individuals who demonstrate fundamental knowledge and expertise in managing homeowner and condominium associations and cooperatives.

NBC-CAM was created in 1995 by Community Associations Institute as an independent, yet affiliated, nonprofit organization.
