Accomplishing our corporate mission requires effective leadership and a team effort.
Most management companies are organized into departments. This organizational framework can make it difficult for personnel to communicate effectively.
In addition, it may cause the Board to expend additional effort by having to make multiple phone calls to various people to get the answers that they need to function effectively.
At Premier Community Management LLC, we work as a team. Each person on your community's assigned team is required to become intimately familiar with your property. The team functions as a whole and is in constant communication, which provides consistent service to the Board and their owners.
We believe that our staff is the most important part of the service we provide to you. Therefore, we encourage and participate in the continuing education of our team members.
As a benefit to our employees, we fund the costs of attending continuing education classes and seminars. In addition, all of our managers are required to attain their CAI designations.
Team of Experts
Nancy D'Andrea Owner/Operations Manager
Nancy founded Premier Community Management LLC in 2005. She is an Illinois Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), as well as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
Nancy has also obtained CAI's designation of Association Management Specialist (AMS) for her years of providing high-quality property management services to her communities. She is currently pursuing CAI's Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.
Nancy is responsible for overseeing all of the staff at Premier Community Management LLC and functions as a portfolio manager for some properties. She can identify with Board members and can anticipate their needs, as she served as a Board member for a mid-sized condo association in Palatine, IL for nine years (eight as Board President).
Nancy is actively involved with the Illinois CAI chapter. She serves on CAI's Illinois Legislative Action Committee and has served on CAI's DCAL committee, and was an instructor for the DCAL program.
Prior to founding Premier Community Management LLC, Nancy was a Manager for Accenture, a highly regarded Global Management Consulting firm currently ranked the "Best Consulting Firm" by Forbes. At Accenture, she worked in various management roles for major global corporations, such as JP Morgan, Ford Motor Company, DuPont & Pfizer. She has over 10 years of experience in management consulting, with specialties in project management, change management, transition management, and system implementation.
Nancy graduated from DePaul University with a Master’s in Business Administration specializing in Management Information Systems. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dominican University with majors in Computer Science and Business Administration.
Nancy feels it is important to give back and is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and skills through volunteerism. She is on the Board of Directors of Synapse House, a non-profit organization located in Downers Grove, Illinois, that helps people recovering from brain injuries, strokes, and other neurological conditions. Synapse House provides programs that empower these individuals who work hard to overcome the affects of their brain injury, stroke, or/and neurological conditions. Our customer service team is structured for the highest level of efficiency to allow us to pass on the cost savings to our clients. As such, we have personnel who specialize in specific functions, including:
