Kathleen joined the Premier Community Management LLC team as a Community Association Manager in 2013, but she has been working in community management since 2007. She started as a member of the front desk team in a large scale community with over 2,000 homes and was seen as a valuable asset immediately due to her people skills. She relates well to residents and Board Members alike.
Kathleen obtained her Illinois Community Association Management (CAM) license in 2009 when she also earned her CMCA and AMS designations. She currently functions as a portfolio manager for several mid-sized communities. Her adeptness at public speaking and being direct without being insensitive has made her an excellent facilitator for association meetings.
Prior to joining the community association industry, Kathleen was a Senior Customer Service Coordinator for a large logistics company and has over seventeen years of customer service experience.
