estimate Provide, summarize and analyze competitive bid cost estimates in order to promote effective decision making.
work order execution  As directed by the Board, prepare and execute work orders which are necessary to maintain the property and inspect work product for quality and completeness.
contractor Ensure that all contractors and vendors who perform work on the property are properly insured at limits set by the Board and Premier Community Management LLC, as well as ensure that the Association and managing agent are named as “Also Named Insured” under all appropriate policies.
construction man Coordinate the activities of association contractors and employees required for the operation and maintenance of the property.
