The industry average number of properties assigned to a portfolio manager in Illinois is typically 8-12 properties each. As such, many large management companies are unable to accommodate special projects for their associations. Our portfolio manager to client ratio is much lower than the industry average. Therefore, we are able to provide a higher quality of service, as well as are able to accept and work on special projects for our associations.
