Pauline joined Premier Community Management LLC as an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative in 2006. Her current duties include customer service, homeowner correspondence, association newsletter creation, document management and special projects.
Pauline’s work background includes over 15 years of administrative experience. During Pauline’s time at New York Life Care Health Plans, she provided document management support to the Director of Provider Relations and five managers in areas of presentations, organizational charts, financial spreadsheets, developing and implementing databases and serving as a liaison in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
Pauline holds a certification in Office Information Technology from the College of DuPage.
