Kathy Edwards

Cathy joined the Premier Community Management LLC team as an Administrative Assistant in 2011. She obtained her Illinois Community Association Management (CAM) license in 2013. Her current duties include customer service, closings, board reporting, vendor management, general office management, and special projects.

Cathy's work background includes thirteen years in investment accounting at Allstate Insurance Company and five years in human resources at Cunningham Lindsey. During her time with Allstate, she worked on everything from commercial real estate and bond investments to portfolio analysis and planning budgets. As a member of the Human Resources team at Cunningham Lindsey, she was responsible for the administration and operation of multi-state payroll, as well as for benefit administration, leave requests, and unemployment claims. This combination of financial analysis and employee management gives Cathy the experience needed to be an effective property manager.

Cathy holds a BS in Business Administration with Department Honors in Finance from Roosevelt University.
