Be sure to include your account number on your check for faster processing.  Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the due date when mailing your payment.  Payments are posted when received, not when postmarked.
Can you accept credit card payments by phone? No, we do not accept credit card payments over the phone. However, online credit card payments are accepted. Please see the electronic payment information below.
How can I make an electronic payment?

You may pay your assessment electronically by echeck or credit card through your association's website.

Follow these steps:
- Login to your association's website.
- Select "Pay Assessments" from the menu on the left side of the home page.
- Select the appropriate option under the "One Time Payment" section.
- Complete the information on the page and submit your payment.

Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

Please note that there is a convenience fee charged by the bank to make a credit card payment. Echeck payments are complimentary.

How can I sign up for automatic payment of my assessments?

For associations with monthly or quarterly assessments:
Follow these steps:
- Login to your association's website.
- Select "Pay Assessments" from the menu on the left side of the home page.
- Select the appropriate option under the "Recurring Payment" section.
- Complete the information on the page and submit your payment.

For associations with semi-annual or annual assessments:
The forms for direct debit can be found on your association’s website on the “Documents & Forms” page.  Please send the completed form along with a voided check to us.  You may email the documents to This email address is being protected from spambots. We will make every attempt to process all forms received before the last day of the month for the following assessment payment. You will receive a confirmation from management that the form has been received and when the first deduction will occur. Please continue to make your payments until you receive a confirmation.
